I ordered new cabinets for the master bath and they were promised in 6 weeks. It took more than 4 months for the cabinets to be delivered. I called Reno Canada many times to find out when the cabinets would be delivered and most of the time my calls were not returned. When I did talk with the salesperson I was promised new delivery dates that were not met. Extremely poor customer service. The only good thing I can say about Reno Canada is that the cabinets were very nice when they were finally delivered.
