We contracted Blinds for Less to install blinds into our sunroom. The blinds took two months to come in and then another two months before the installation began. We now sit almost one year later with the blinds installed but still await the installation of the valance. The quality of the materials, quality of work and the price are very good, but the timeline for completion is not only slow, but does not meet the timelines promised by the company.

We have been using Jansen Plumbing for all our plumbing needs for the past 3 years. They have performed regular maintenance on our hot water heating system (to heat the house) and done small gas line work within our home. Most recently they installed a new boiler system in our house. We found their rates to be competitive (not cheapest not most expensive, but reasonable) and the quality of the work was excellent. The work was completed in a reasonable time, mess was cleaned up and all our questions were answered. All members of the staff that we have dealt with are friendly, courteous and very personable. I would highly recommend this company for any and all of your plumbing needs.

Sunrooms Direct added a sunroom to our house. Two years later the sunroom still leaks and has damaged the ceiling and cabinetry in the sunroom. The project was to take two weeks and took over 5 months to complete and is still leaky. The back of our house was taken off completely leaving our kitchen unusable for over 5 months. Sunrooms Direct failed to take out the appropriate permits despite it being in the contract. They now refuse to do any work on our sunroom and do not return calls, emails, etc. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
