Convertible was recommended to us by a good friend who used them last year. We compared them to two local family run firms that we have used in the past. An appointment was setup quickly and we met Sean who came punctually on time. Sean’s knowledge of the different HVAC companies strengths and who had been bought by whom was impressive. Sean gave us three different systems to consider at different price points. When we had technical questions that were beyond Sean’s knowledge he got back to us quickly with detailed technical answers from the engineers in the office. The prices were very competitive, an install date was picked for the following week and we chose Convertible. Kemar and Eric called to say they were on their way to us on the morning of the install. They were quick and efficient working together. They did an amazing job of fitting the flue and air intake pipes through a basement guestroom closet, hiding the pipes even when the closet doors are open. The whole installation inside and out was very tidy and professional. The system has been running for 6 weeks and the sizing of the furnace and AC works much better than the old system, cooling us nicely as the summer heat kicks in. There have been several follow up emails to check that we are happy with everything. Convertible was professional from start to finish and we highly recommend them.
