I work 24 hour shifts and upon coming home this morning and going downstairs to find the family room carpet soaked.... Finding that the water heater has been leaking(for how long?) i called reliance rental water heater service... within an hour or two Matthew P. RCH1813 the technician was here and repaired the leaking drain tap... Now its just a matter of drying the carpet ... hoping there is no damage there... overall totally pleased a satisfied that Reliance and their trusted advisor Matthew were so quick to respond and rectify my problem....
