HORRIBLE first experience. Appointment schedled for July 26 8 - 1. Confirmation call came shortly before 10, I reached the phone just as the call went to voice mail. I called Reliance immediately stating I was waiting but had missed the call. Representative calls the contrator and indicates he is now out of the area (not possible). Rep states he can do nothing but rebook the call. I have to all back after 10 to speak to a supervisor. I call back shortly after ten another representative states she will have a different contractor arrive between 8 - 1. 1:30 no one has arrived. I call Reliance (3rd cal) and am told contractor is running late will be there by 6pm!!! I cancel the call and ask to speak to a superviosr. Supervisor calls me within the hour. Supervisor does NOTHING except rebook the call for the next day. My experience was unprofessional, unreliable and unacceptable!
