Last year a service technician from reliance came by and repaired a leak issue with the air conditioner. This time, the service technician Paul C. noticed the issue, took ownership of the issue and resolved it in very good time. And, he corrected the issue that was there from last year and now the air conditioner works the way it should. I have no doubt that Paul did a better fix than was there originally.
