Have a hole in my fascia. Called Mr. Roof Repair. They had a seamless communication process in place. David booked the appointment, Louisa came out and investigated the problem. She went around the entire house and took pictures of the eves and fascia. She gave me a verbal review of what she found. The much more detailed assessment, including photos, was created and sent to me so I had a complete understanding of all the problem areas. I've decided to have them come back and do the repair.

Had old cement blocks at the base of the house. They were deteriorating and so was the cement in between. Red Robin came in and parged the bottom 24 inches with a solid coat of cement, over the blocks. Looks much cleaner and solid now. The guys had to come back on the weekend due to bad weather earlier. Basement had previous parging coming up from the floor. Red Robin removed the old parging, installed a couple of rods and tamped down the dirt before pouring a solid layer of concrete.

I received quotes for asphalt shingles for my roof, and some additional work to reinforce my dormer.
