What a breath of fresh air Rick, Jordan and their crew were! We were faced with having to replace our hardwood floors as a result of some very careless Kitchen contractors and were so skeptical to have yet more trades in our home! My husband grilled Rick about exactly what would be done, how long it would take, and how much mess they would make. True to his word the team, including Steve and Andres, took out two levels of old flooring and did a beautiful job of laying our new engineered hardwood. They indicated it would take 3 to 3-1/2 days and were finished and cleaned up in 3. We also requested they start and finish earlier than normal (because of my husband's work/sleep schedule) which was no problem and they were on time each day. A very professional crew!

We booked this contractor understanding it would be a father/son duo. Unfortunately, the father retired prior to the start of our project and we now are quite sure the son had little to no experience doing kitchens, (they specialize in bathrooms) even though we asked him if he had done kitchens previously and he said yes and even provided a picture. The workers were not in the least concerned about respecting our home and it was a nightmare from the first day on. Grout footsteps on our carpet, black boot marks on floors, doors left unlocked/ windows left open after leaving, plastic sheeting stapled into PLASTER walls, leaving chunks of plaster missing when taken out. Electricians left us without power in half of our house the first two days (without letting us know). Then they did something in the basement that resulted in the clothes washer only working when the laundry room lights were on! I could go on and on but suffice it to say that we had to then replace our hardwood floors after the reno, which we were not planning on! Our dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and the workers were so careless with the tarps on the floor, they ended up scratching our hardwood all to heck. We settled with the contractor for this and the kitchen and then completed a lot of the painting and trim finishing work ourselves just to get them out of our house. We have so much more we could add but it would take too much room. This company should stick to bathrooms which is supposed to be their specialty.
