Stampede overhead doors was recommended by a friend. I called and left a message this morning at 8:30. Being a Saturday, I wasn't sure when I would hear back but I got a call from Randy at 8:45. He asked a few questions and told me about the $50 weekend surcharge. I didn't want to wait till Monday so he said he could be here between 2-3:00 today. He arrived moments before 2:00 and had the job done in about 20 minutes. Talk about efficient! It's these little things that we take for granted when all is going smoothly to realize how much we depend on them - that includes good business ethics and customer service!
