At the beginning of March, the lock on my Etobicoke storefront broke. Initially, I attempted to replace it myself, and found Rado through a google search for the specific type of lock I needed. He was super patient in listening to my descriptions, and was willing to sell me the parts. He didn’t pressure me to hire him to do the job, he just explained truthfully what the replacement would entail. After speaking with him, I decided it would be best to have him do the job, as it required more components and expertise than I had. He arrived at my shop (pre isolation!) within an hour, and did the job quickly and efficiently. I’ve never had a good experience with a locksmith before, so I was really pleasantly surprised and grateful to have found Rado.
