Used CAPPS to clean our dryer vent exhaust duct. This was our second experience as we had our ducts cleaned by CAPPS last year. As expected, CAPPS provided top notch service. He answered all questions in his typical friendly demeanour. Reaching CAPPS is easy and he will always call you back if he misses your call. We were very happy with the work that Paul and Andrew provided. Professional from start to finish. Was definitely a great experience as Paul took the time to describe not only their process but how our heating/cooling system functioned in general [which was great as we were first time homebuyers] -- he was more than willing to answer all questions and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were satisfied.
