An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We have a property that we were looking to replace the windows in and decided to give Clera a call. Our call was received by Melissa, who was excellent to deal with, very friendly & most helpful in setting up an appointment that suited our schedule. The rep that came out was excellent, courteous and knowledgeable, the price was right so we decided to go with Clera. The installation crew did a great job, and although the first scheduled appointment was "rained" out, they were able to book us in the same week. The only thing that we are waiting on is for the bathroom window, the glass came clear, and should have been frosted, but we were reassured this would be made right, and changed out asap. Very happy with the service received.
