Worst Experience I have ever had in customer service. It was great right up until I paid deposit. They booked for a specific day and it all looked to be going well. At least until they failed to show up on the designated day (No Notification). I had to phone them to learn that truck was delayed (okay...). They made zero effort to even provide an accurate new pickup date. When I inquired the second time is when it got back. I was swore at by their staff, I was hung up on several times, and when I could get through I was quite immediately told they would phone back and hung up on which never happened. I asked to speak to manager and same person kept coming back with exact same scripted words. All in all, not only did they not show up. They failed to communicate whatsoever, and made it abundantly clear that the customer service to non-business customers was not priority (If you think I am exaggerating, this was word for word from one of their associates!). They were abusive, rude, horrid timelines in their changing of policies. When they failed to return deposit I disputed charges with VISA and also submitting request into Better Business Bureau for these backend transactions.
