Dan is the Man!!! Professional, knowledgeable, on time, respectful, prompt response to email and phone calls. Heavy duty quality equipment! I moved into a cheap rental house and the carpet was disgusting. 10+ years worth of pets, stains and abuse. I personally would have replaced the carpet, but the landlord didn't want to put out the $. I tried to clean the carpet a couple of times myself with a steam cleaner and a shop vac. It made it worse. Dan made the carpets look and smell like new. Dan knew my budget and came in $30 under budget. It's been 30C almost everyday this week and I can't smell a thing, prior to that I couldn't stay in the house without have all the windows open. I used to have a great carpet guy, but he quit the business. I didn't know where to turn. The reviews on this site convinced me try Dan. Thank you to those of you who posted before me.
