On July 1, 2014 my furnace/air conditioner was not responding to my thermostat control panel, my wife and I were not sure what company to call, since our service person was retired. In an unrelated chance meeting, we had the pleasure of meeting Brian Bonora, Operations Supervisor for Reliance home comfort here in Sudbury situated on Cambrian Heights Drive. We booked an appointment and we met with our appointed technician Pat Dumoulin, very courteous and focused, after removing the inspection panels and a brief inspection it was the blower motor that had seized. He was in contact with the office and a second appointment was booked for the next day. I was told that it would take a short amount of time for the re installation and true to is word the job was completed and all systems were back in order. This is in my estimation a very user friendly customer oriented company with staggered working hours that are focused to meet our divers working community. I would highly recommend this company.
