I had my carpets cleaned with my major concern several stains and high traffic areas. Carpet cleaning was done and due to the carpets being wet I could not tell if the stains had been removed. The next day I saw that essentially none of the stains had been removed and the high traffic areas looked the same as before. Complained and they sent back the tech a week later. He told me that the stains could not be removed. I later used a consumer carpet cleaner and removed the stains myself and re-cleaned much of the carpets. I was amazed how dirty the water was that was extracted. The technician who did the job did not provide the level of service he should have and ACC acknowledged this and refunded half my costs. I consider this a fair.
