Tree roots made it's way into the sewer drainage pipe, house sewage started to backup into the basement. Rick did an awesome job and was on time, his price was reasonable, and was great to chat. He explained exactly what was being done and how to prevent this from happening again.

Older parents are the most vulnerable when it comes to finding someone to help them with a problem in their home. Our own parents have had issues with finding reasonably-priced plumbing services outside of Edmonton, so it was a pleasure to be able to spend the time with this customer to educate them about what was going on with their plumbing and what to expect going forward. Empowering customers to make good decisions means a lot to us, so I was particularly pleased they were satisfied with our service.
