Santiago and his team did a excellent job of painting the exterior stucco walls and wood area. Santiago price-matched other painters with the best price quote with earliest start date. Santiago also did extra miles to fill the gaps with silicon caulking on some stucco walls where his tall ladder can reach. Santiago was the only painter would spend an hour with me to find the best color match of the wood trim by going through many of his color charts. When the work is done, the site was clean.I highly recommend him for any painting work in the future.

Mathew and his team did a great job of tree removals, tree topping/trimming, and ivy removal. Very few tree service companies are willing to remove massive ivy on stucco walls and some ivy were reaching to the pitch of the roof ( 2nd floor - over 35 feets from ground) and along the gutters. Mathew did both (tree and ivy removals ) and willing to match the lowest quote of other tree service companies and Mathew also provided the earliest appointments among other tree service companies. as a result, he has the best quote with earliest schedule and they won the contract. They started and finished on time. The sites was clean professionally when they left. I highly recommended them. Thanks Mathew for your great work.

Martin and his team did a excellent job to level the sunken front entrance, walkway, driveway, very badly 6 inch sunken/ 34 feet long cracks back patio concrete lifting. I found Artisan Concrete Lifting from BBB and they have A+ rating with 15 years experience. Martin provided the best/lowest quote among several other concrete lifting contractor, but still produced top-notch concrete lifting job. I did a lot of research on how to deal with cracky/sunken concrete before deciding on concrete lifting. Because I had a very tight budget and schedule, replacing with new concretes/bricks/wooden deck, etc --- they would cost almost 2 to 3 times as much (not affordable for me), and other concrete contractors was so busy and some not even able to come to do onsite estimate. Martin is a true professional with friendly staffs, and listened to customer's need and came to do estimate the next day after I called and explained very detail about the solution and provided a very detail quote. They started on time (actually willing to squeeze me in their tight schedule and worked with me to fit my tight budget) and finished as fast as they could. They also provided 5 years warranty on their work so you will have a peace of mind. I would highly recommend Martin and his team for any concrete lifting (slapjacking / mudjacking) in the future. Thanks Martin for the great work..
