We replaced shingles of main building and a sun room with skylights. Also replaced skylights with brand new ones. Sun room had complex and messy roofing (i.e. 3 layers of shingles) but all corrected. Also they added 3 vents and corrected pipes of existinf fans. Very professional team; on time, detail oriented, clean work, continuous update of progress with pictures, etc. ! I am very happy of giving my work to Elite Roofers!

This company are very nice in marketing and offering good prices. But the quality of work is terrible. Either they are nor responsible for their work. There are leakage and I called them the day after and they didn't show up ! I tried calling different contacts in the company, none of them responded me correctly. Now, I decided to NOT hiring contractors as possible and do roofing works by myself as possible ! I called also to their Certified shingle manufacturing company and they recommended me going to court ! Isn't it ridiculous going court for $2600 ? I was looking to do my work NOT going to court ! Very very very unfortunate for this type of dirty business !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

$2,566.00

Please note that Extreme Roofing has made contact with this homeowner physically, the owner of the company visually inspect the leakage that he is speaking of. This leakage is not from the roof work that was installed by Extreme Roofing. It was from the ground water that is seeping inside the illegal building at the back of the house. This out building consists of a poured slab floor on which they have bricked walls directly on the concrete and sealed it at the bottom with bricking mortar. The picture that he has sent to Extreme Roofing clearly shows that the joint at ground level is cracked and is seeping and flooding the concrete pad up the wooden struts. This is probably shifted with the horrible winter that we had 2013/2014. He even sent pictures by email, that clearly show seeping water stains marking wood from below, and not from above. The water is seeping through from ground level not from the roof. The Dripedge metal that was within the contract was installed, this man seems to think that there should have been more in different areas. Other company representatives have also called several times, left messages, with no luck to have a conversation with this man. Extreme Roofing fulfilled what was written in the contract with this homeowner, but he seems to think there should have been more than what was written. It is like he doesn’t want to hear the truth. Yes he did contact the SHINGLE MANUFACTURING COMPANY and they contacted Extreme Roofing. We did answer them, and explained the situation. The SHINGLE MANUFACTURING COMPANY did not tell him to take Extreme Roofing to court. Please note that when you enter into a contract with a contractor you must read the front and back of the paperwork, ask as many questions as you can until you understand what is being done to your home. If the contractor does not have time to explain to you or answer your questions, then he is not the contractor for you. If you can not contact the salesperson/installer after several times calling them, then call the office number instead of continuously calling the people you can’t make contact with. Do not assume that what is NOT written in the contract or what you want to be in the contract is included just because you want it to be. This homeowner needs to stop throwing tantrums and realize that the work that was contracted has been completed.
