Sergey Prozorov of City Handyman is a meticulous, responsible handyman, capable of fixing practically anything. I give him the keys to my 5 units with total confidence. He has done jobs ranging from repairing floors, changing wiring, patching, drywalling, painting, replacing taps, etc. He doesn’t avoid those small, fincky jobs that are difficult to fix, and he goes out of his way to make sure everything gets done well and promptly. I highly recommend Sergey to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled handyman.

I have used Michael several times to repair small things, to fix bad jobs done my other contractors and even to build furniture. He is very versatile and creative. He can figure out how to fix or adjust a variety of finnicky things and always does a really solid job. Several major things were repaired and made solid by him, for example a set of outside stairs that started to lean, and cabinets which had been put up poorly and had fallen down. He is very reasonable and extremely ethical. You can totally trust him to do a very good job and at a very fair price. Michael tends to be available only during the winter since he is building his house up north when it gets warm.

Adam is a lovely man who works very hard. He did a great job on my house that had just been rewired so the walls were a mess. He patched everythng and painted the entire house as well as two decks which had never been painted before. He did everything to fit into my schdeule so that the new tenants could move in on schdeule, working all weekend. His price was very reasonable for the amount of work done and the time pressure involved.

John Van Oosterward of JV Electric did a great job. We pre-scheduled it to fit into the first week a two week vacancy of the house so we could get everything done and then patched and painted beore the new tenants moved in. He also came back promptly to fix a little issue with the water hook-up which had been disconnected during their work and pointed out several issues that needed to be dealt which he observed. He worked quickly, very professionally and charged resonably. I highly recommend him for any electrical work.

I contracted Victor and within a week he started the job, finished in three days, returning a few days later to make a complimentary bench. He paid a lot of attention to aesthetics and practical concerns such as leaving access to the door step which had leaked previously. I was impressed at his great ideas on how to make things work well and look great. Clean, fast, aesthetically pleasing, practical and a nice guy. Reasonable price.
