I called Mat this morning 11am, he scheduled me for the job right away at 2pm. On site on time. Diagnosed the problem and clearly explained his observation and potential threats on the problem, providing clear steps of solution with an accurate cost estimate and time estimate on the spot. The job is completed just like what he predicted. Other than that, Mat is very friendly and professional. I am very pleased.

Thanks Jonathan. There was a lot of ice buildup in this case so it took some time to thaw out even with the fan running. Glad everything seems to be working well now. This is a common symptom when the system is low on refrigerant.
