I knew from the moment Muhammad Akram answer the phone that he was the one. I've contacted four other pest control companies before and I was not impressed. None could answer my questions and all rushed me to get over my inquiries. M. Akram was the opposite. Not only he listened to me and answered all my questions, he also share useful information and was able to deal my stress and anxiety about bed bugs at home. I hired him immediately. Meeting him in person reinforce my opinion: gentle, polite, extremely knowledgeable. Furthermore, Muhammad had no problem sharing his knowledge with me and my family. Muhammad does not only run a business, his clients are all unique and all deserve special attention. Even after the treatment was done, the promptly answer my calls and reassure me about some further concerns. He came back twice after the treatment to check the rooms. What a personable man!
