They were late, took 6 visits to get it right. They seemed annoyed with me about having to come back although they put the wrong hose on and the dishwasher leaked everywhere. One of the guys that came was ok, the other was rude, hardly spoke to me and was rough with the parts was banging so loud, then just stormed out. I found them in the yellow pages but will never call them again. They ordered a hose for me and never called me to say it was in, I called a week later and then they said it was in. Took over 2 weeks to install a simple dishwasher. I have no idea how they are still in business. They seemed to have no interest in making me happy and was not concerned about how many hours late they were on all their visits.
