We discovered extensive water damage in our basement and in 2 bathrooms. The toilets were leaking underneath the floor and everything had to be lifted, removed and replaced, floors, vanities,walls, tiles, everything, They had to fix a leak under the kitchen sink which damaged our basement. They also discovered that one of our windows had been badly installed and the contacted the company to come fix/replace the whole thing, even though it was after the warranty. We were very happy with the work they did. They tried very hard to be considerate of the family during the repairs
