I pay for the comfort protection plan through reliance. My air conditioner had a leak and I placed a service call. Reliance sent out someone they sub-contract the work to and he arrived the next day. Without finding the leak the sub-contractor refilled the refrigerant in the system. Needless to say it leaked out again within two days. The sub-contractor was rude to my wife and did not do his job properly!! After numerous calls to customer service I had a reliance technician by the name of Michael come and do a fantastic job to fix my system. He was polite and helpful. Due to my numerous phone calls to the conflict resolution department and a woman by the name of Dawn who was VERY unhelpful and showed no concern at all, I was put into contact with Michael's manager Matt Smith. Matt was extremely helpful and courteous in rectifying my problem and assisted greatly in making things right. I am extremely happy with the actual reliance employees that have come to my house, Michael, Dave, Adam, and Nathan. They were all extremely polite helpful and professional, and the manager Matt Smith was very helpful and was the first person I talked to from reliance that actually showed concern for my situation. I am very disappointed in the "conflict resolution department" especially Dawn who showed no concern what so ever and made me feel like I was being a burden to her rather than a paying customer!! I will not have a sub-contractor back in my home and will insist on a reliance technician every time!! Thanks again to Matt and especially Michael for the hard work they did to rectify my situation.
