I had some initial problems due to some apparently defective equipment. After dealing with the staff at Pioneer they immediately arranged for the equipment to be replaced and ensured everything was working properly.

What could this company do to improve their services?

HI Michael, I am so sorry that this happened. I spoke to our Vaughan General Manager and I believe they have tried to contact you regarding this issue.
