This company is very client service oriented. They answered our service call and made an appointment to come to our house right away. After we signed the contract for the new air conditioner and furnace, the company made ever effort to keep us informed as to when and how the work would be done. They even sent a repairman to our house to try to get our old air conditioner up and running while we were waiting for the new one to be installed. This company is dedicated to being in business for the long haul, so their customers can be assured that they will be around in the future to honor their warranties. We did not go with the first Air Conditioning company we called. Even though we had found them on Home Stars as well and they had a very high Home Star score, when the owner came to our house we found him to be very heavy handed. At the time we were only interested in replacing our central air conditioner. He was insistent about seeing our 15 year old furnace, which was working fine. Just by visually looking at the furnace he threatened to "Red tag" it, if we did not replace it as well as our air conditioner. We knew that our furnace was up to code because we been getting regular maintenance checks on it. I am sure that we are not the first home owners he has tried to coerce in this way.
