You would think that listening when customers talk would be something that all businesses do, but this is not the case. I do not understand why this is, and I find it rather annoying. That is why I was so happy when I called up FC Locksmith the other day and their support workers actually listened while I explained exactly what I needed; then, they came to my home and did a perfect job.
