Good day! I just moved into my brand new townhouse this past weekend! Needless to say - I'm over the moon! I did notice however that I didn't have any hot water. After calling Reliance and having and initial visit from one of their service men, I again noticed the lack of hot water. I called and set up another appointment the next day. Reliance service man Gurmeet Singh, came to take a look at my furnace. Gurmeet took his time and showed true concern for my situation ( 3 days without a hot shower). Gurmeet refused to leave my house until hot water was running as expected! I had to take the time to write and commend Reliance on choosing people like Gurmeet to represent them as a Company!
