We have used Mr. Steve Kelk to Inspect a century home that we were hoping to purchase, Thankfully with his findings (inadequate electrical) and presence of a fire in the attic we have passed on this dangerous money pit. I look forward to doing business with him in the very near future, including doing the pre-inspection on my current home. I have already and will continue to recommend Mr. Kelk to anyone in the market for an excellent, personable and very thorough home inspector.
