We recently replaced our basement windows with sliding windows by Clera. We absolutely love the product! We didn't know it when we purchased but after the windows were installed we were shown they swung inward for cleaning! What an amazing feature because with our old windows we had to go outside to clean them. We had a slight issue where we had a bit of water on the inside track after a heavy rain; after calling Clera the installer was out within a day to address and fix the issue. You can't get any better than that!
