They found minor issues, and gave us advice on how to go about fixing them. Thermal Imaging was included for the standard cost! We were given a binder packed with great information, and verbal report on site. He didn't rush off, we were his only concern, he stayed as long as we kept asking him questions. We really feel that he genuinely cared about us, and the home we had bought.
