I'm really glad I found Taras on Home Stars. I was looking to get a piece of glass installed in a guest bathroom shower and was hoping to get the job done as soon as possible. Taras was wonderful at accommodating my busy schedule and even made trips out in the evening and on the weekend. I am very satisfied with the level of customer service as well as the quality of work!
In the middle of one of the coldest winters (2013) our furnace unfortunately stopped working and the temperature inside the house was unbearable (we had to stay at a hotel!). Lou at HSA recognized how desperate we were to have the situation remedied as soon as possible and put us in touch with a contractor named Mike who was able to help us out. The furnace was repaired in no time and we were able to check out of the hotel! Thank you HSA and Mike for truly caring about your customers.
