Stephan and his crew replaced the clay sewer lines in our basement. They installed a backflow valve and a trap where the lines come into the house. They replaced the outdoor lines using a trenchless system so they did not need to dig up our entire front lawn and drive. I was immediately impressed with the crew when they entered my home and covered the floors and tarped the basement to contain the dust. They worked quickly and neatly. Initially they were contracted to just do the sewer lines that were backing up, but we decided while they were on the job to replace all the clay pipes. They were kind enough to work through the weekend to get the additional job done. They took the time to explain each step of the job as I had a lot of questions. They were professional and courteous and I felt confident that we were in good hands. Even after the job was completed, Stephan called to check in to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and their customer service. I would absolutely recommend Stephan and crew to anyone.
