Home inspection for a purchase of a new home. Mr. Kelk prompt and had started with the exterior just as I arrived. He was extremely through. Mr. Kelk explained everything as he went along. He made suggestions and spoke at a level that I understood, nothing was above or over my head in regards to repairs etc. I was very pleased with my home inspection and the report that was sent to me. The pictures and links were very helpful. Highly recommend Kelk Inspections.
