My teenage son wore a path from the fridge to the pantry to the table that looked like a herd of caribou had migrated though my kitchen... my husband spilled boot polish on the hardwood steps (twice)...and the fridge leaked for about three months - warping the hardwood to what I thought was beyond repair. The picture was dismal, but one call to Will at Urban Tree Flooring and my worries were over. It was a delight to meet people who take such pride in their work. They were on schedule and restored our hardwood floors to a condition that looked even better than they were when they were put in.
