I reached the end of my patience with Reliance Customer Service, to the point that I was ready to rip the entire system out and leave it in my driveway. The circumstances are too long and involved to go into any detail, so I will cut to todays date. Ryan came to the house, explained what he thought would be the best alternative, and asked if that would be okay with me. Great young man, and very concerned about the customers satisfaction, unlike others I spoke with at Reliance. If it wasn't for his good work, and the care taken in doing a job that made me (the customer) happy, then I would not be dealing with Reliance any further. This company owes this young man a medal or at least a dinner out.
