An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I contacted AirZone to re do the exhaust ventilation in my bathroom. They called prior to coming out to make sure we were home, showed up on time and took the time to use drop sheets so my floors wouldn't be dirtied. Very professional installation and in my mind to a very high standard. They made sure when they left that everything was clean and was in the same condition as when they arrived. I would definitely recommend AirZone to my family and friends.
