Different maid each time, so we had to re-explain what needed to be done every time. Arrival time was inconsistent. Few times they had to leave early. Despite a dozen calls to the company we were never credited for the missed hours. Finally the company "auto-renewed" our contract and billed $1000 (up front) to our VISA for 8 more cleanings (which we've never received) without our consent. Still fighting to have this reversed 60 days later.
