The Green Maids Toronto

We hired this company only to find out that they were started by the same guy (Prakash) of toronto maids-which is a terrible service that we tried to deal with before. no surprise then that the same problems came up with this company- arrived late, did a terrible cleaning job, and charged us a lot for the service, which we had to pre-pay. they wanted us to pre-pay for a bunch of other sessions as well, and we are currently trying to get our money back. i would recommend avoiding both green maid and toronto maids.

Different maid each time, so we had to re-explain what needed to be done every time. Arrival time was inconsistent. Few times they had to leave early. Despite a dozen calls to the company we were never credited for the missed hours. Finally the company "auto-renewed" our contract and billed $1000 (up front) to our VISA for 8 more cleanings (which we've never received) without our consent. Still fighting to have this reversed 60 days later.

I recently hired green maids for my wife. We were instructed that this was a package deal and that you would pre-pay for your cleaning. For whatever reason i thought this was a good idea. The maids were late, rude, in a hurry and didn't clean. I am sad to say that even i could do a better job. When I called to complain i was told that i needed to speak with a manager... when i spoke to the manager he said he would get back to me and that didn't happen. The next week the cleaning person just didn't show up.. they still had my money.
