An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
About two years ago I found that sections of my roof were leaking and that I would have to find a way to have it all replaced. I contacted a local company who provided both the materials and the labor to do the job. The work took approximately one week to complete which included the removal of the approximately 3,000 square feet of old roof, the disposal of this used material, delivery of the new roofing and the installation - all of which was done very professionally and promptly. The part of the procedure that especially impressed me was the crew that was sent to install the new roof. They always arrived promptly and on time every day, were very respectful of both me and my property, worked safely, effectively and efficiently for the entire day and took very little time off for breaks and lunches. At the end of each day, my property was left tidy with all tools and materials put aside neatly, ready for the next day’s work. I have seldom had work done on my home that was so well done and so professionally carried out.
