The Latours from Barrie

Our water tank stopped working on Friday evening. I called for a service request and the lady told me that no one was going to be available until Sunday. I mentioned that we own a hair salon, and we rely on hot water otherwise we would loose a day's worth of business. Home Reliance squeeze in an appointment to the next morning instead and made a note that it was a business as well as an emergency. Jason Mitruk called us at 7:45 am and repaired our water tank before our business was open. He was very professional and exceptionally friendly. The repair was quick and was not an inconvenience.
