The service I receive from Chris (907) and your new employee Grayson (1870) was excellent. I had a new compressor installed on a brand new A/C and everything is working great now. Chris was customer friendly, knew what he was doing and was showing Grayson the how too. Overall service was EXCELLENT.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Let people know when you sign a rental contract for Furnace or A/C that there will be a lien put against your house. I can guarantee the sale will not go thru. I would recommend the company for service only. I am really PO to find out I have a lien against my house, for the first time 41 years for renting equipment from Reliance. If I had known this was going to happen I would not have gone with Reliance.
