At a desperate time, during the heavy rains in Toronto, July 2013, Zack from Limzak personally answered my call right away (when no other company would return my call) and arrived at our home shortly after to begin emergency services. The team removed moldy drywall, wet insulation, and damaged personal contents out of our basement which was required due to sewage back-up of over-flooded city drains. Zack patiently waited for us to deal with insurance to receive payment and his courteous, professional team took the necessary steps to document the services provided to help facilitate our dealings with the insurance company.
