Penguin basements did a very professional basement. The team work and the professionalism shown, the attention to detail was excellent. The final product was above our expectations. We now have a beautiful basement, thanks to Penguin. One minor problem was the placement of our washroom. We already had a spot selected for it. With rough-ins already built in, but the bathroom location could not be accommodated due to building code. Roberto says different. In all, our experience was very positive and would recommend Penguin basements to anyone.

Thanks for the kind review Dinesh. We're are investigating the conflicting info you received internally, but generally speaking, Roberto does not have the insight of our designers, and planners when it comes to meeting code. Everything is possible, it may have been a question of money.
