I found the service at Matrix Locksmith excellent. From my first phone call to the company I was answered by a very professional and knowledgeable person who assessed my needs. Asked relevant questions and gave me many options to consider. I needed a lock to my front door and not too expensive, I ended up purchasing a Mul-T- Lock product that gave me a high security and a unique key which no one can duplicate. The technicians was very good and professional, he did a clean job without making a mess, he even covered the floor and made sure everything fit perfect. Also I have a motorcycle which I'm using only from May to October when the weather allows , apparently the locksmith could save my day and make me a key to my motorcycle , since I misplaced mine. I am very pleased with Matrix locksmith and definitely recommend the to all!!!
