We woke up with many bites over 1 week and thought we had bedbugs. After calling one service, who said we did have them and would charge us $2500 for heat treatment, we decided to get a second opinion. I called Muhammad and he came over within a few hours. He did a complete investigation and concluded that there was no evidence of bedbugs. He was very knowledgable and took time to explain the behaviour and showed up pictures. He left us traps and told us to wash the bedding. We also bought a mattress pad for the box spring.
