Alex is very professional, courteous, and accommodating. We had an issue with our drain that needed to be inspected by camera. We made an appointment with Alex which he was able to accommodate on 2 days. He was very punctual for our appointment time and very professional when in our home. He was able to do a full inspection and assess where the issue was. The big help was that it was on the city's side. Alex's report was done and sent to me later that same evening so that I could get it off to the city immediately. His timelines and thorough description of the issue was instrumental in proving to the city that this was their issue to deal with and they did get to it fairly quickly to ensure there was no other problems. I would highly recommend Alex if you need to have your pipes inspected by a camera.

They are very professional in communicating and actually doing the job. They notified me of any delays and were punctual on their arrival. Very quick in getting the piano ready to be moved. Also very thorough on the delivery and placement of the piano to ensure our satisfaction. All along the way, the moving crew was communicating with me on what was being done and why. I would definitely recommend them.
