The service was quick and professionally done. Tom was unable to make the first appointment due to bad roads, but he called beforehand and we worked out a time to reschedule. He was even willing to come on the weekend to do it! Martin was easy to deal with, and provided us with a free quote that was honored after the work was completed. The best part was that their quote and invoice was posted online, and sent as a link in an email. That way I can have multiple copies, and access it whenever I needed/wanted to. I am very pleased with their service, and would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Leo and Chris were very friendly, and courteous. They worked around my timid dog, and were respectful. The furnace and ducts were cleaned quickly and very well. Leo also checked my humidifier to make sure it was working properly, and showed me that it was indeed working. They were finished everything in just over 1 hour! Great job, and I will be using Advanpro again.
