I had my windows and doors installed last July, both patio door and entry door had serious leakage in the winter time, wind could blow in strongly through the bottom of those 2 brand new doors. I called their customer service couple of time and no any positive response, this company has very poor quality and service!!! I will try to contact Ontario Consumer Protection to see if they could resolve this issue.
